With a decade of experience as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Golf Fitness Specialist combined, Anna brings passion, enthusiasm and a high level of expertise to all her clients. She carefully designs and provides specifically tailored programs to help individuals reach their goals as effectively and efficiently as possible, in a positive and encouraging environment.

Anna grew up on the coast of Cornwall, UK and has always been a sports enthusiast, competing in golf, field hockey, track, netball, and surfing. Anna is also an avid skier and kiteboarder. After graduating from The University of Gloucestershire with a first class honors Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Fitness, Anna moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where she earned her ACE Personal Training, TPI and Balanced Body certifications. For the past four years, Anna has been a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and group-fitness instructor at The Longevity Club in Charleston. She recently relocated back to her roots and is excited to share her passion for health and fitness with her community.
